I generally try to avoid rushing through a manuscript unless absolutely necessary as I like to make sure I can give a manuscript the time and attention it deserves. That's why I usually ask for 3-4 weeks for a Reader Report. A faster turnaround is possible but not guaranteed. However, if necessary, I do offer an "express service". Since such a short turnaround has an enormous impact on my entire schedule, this needs to be discussed in advance and is subject to a surcharge.
